Alex Benechet
Alex BenechetPostdoctoral Fellow
Alex obtained a PhD in Immunology from a joint program between the University of Paris 7 (France) and the University of Connecticut (USA). His main research interest in the Iannacone lab is the spatiotemporal dynamics of naïve CD8+ T cells undergoing intrahepatic priming.
Elisa Bono
Elisa BonoSenior Technician
Claudia Cristofani
Claudia CristofaniPredoctoral Fellow
Claudia obtained a M.S. from Vita-Salute San Raffaele University (Milan, Italy) in 2016. She joined the Iannacone’s lab in 2015 and her current research focuses on the development and characterization of T follicular helper cells upon viral infections
Valeria Cutillo
Valeria CutilloUndergraduate Student
Valeria obtained her B.S. from Vita-Salute San Raffaele University in 2015.
She studies the phenotype and function of CD4+ T cells upon viral infection.
Marco De Giovanni
Marco De GiovanniPhD Student
Marco obtained a B.S. in 2011 and a M.S. in 2013 from Vita-Salute San Raffaele University. In the Iannacone lab Marco investigates the role of antigenic stimulation in chronic lymphocytic leukemia pathogenesis. He also utilizes intravital imaging to characterize the spatiotemporal dynamics of antiviral immune responses in lymph nodes.
Pietro De Lucia

Giorgia De SimoneUndergraduate Student
Giorgia obtained her B.S. from Vita-Salute San Raffaele University in 2015.
Her research interests are the pathogenic mechanisms underlying liver immunopathology during viral hepatitis.
Valeria Fumagalli
Valeria FumagalliPredoctoral Fellow
Valeria obtained a M.S. from the University of Milano Bicocca in 2016. She is interested in the role of innate lymphoid cells and B cells in HBV pathogenesis.
